You may think that Boxer clicker training a puppy is hard to do. It could be if you don’t know how to do it. Put the clicker in one hand and show him the dog treat in the other hand. Then close your hand around the treat. Your Boxer will sniff, lick, bump and paw your hand to get the treat. Ignore this.
As soon as yout Boxer stays away from the treat (even if it’s just a few steps away) immediately click and give the treat to your Boxer. Repeat this process several times until he doesn’t try getting the treat.

You can also try another exercise like the name game. This can be done by saying your Boxer’s name and then clicking the clicker. Give him a treat when he looks at you (Gently tickle his ear if he doesn’t look at you). Repeat this until your Boxer looks at your face every time you say his name.
This process is sometimes hard to do if your Boxer sees his treat. In case this happens, throw the treat to the side so his attention focuses on you.
During Boxer clicker training, you should be consistent with your commands. After the training, praise your dog and start another session the next day.
